SALES POLICIES

1) We offer nationwide shipping coverage, and purchases are made online at www.waluxwestern.com

2) Shipping is free throughout Mexico on orders totaling $2,000 pesos or more.

3) The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

4) All purchases are made through the Walux online portal and delivered by certified courier companies.

5) If your product does not arrive at the requested address, you will be notified, and you can pick it up at the nearest courier branch with pickup service.

6) If no one is available to receive the product during the first and second delivery attempts, the package will be held at the nearest branch for 3 business days. If it is not claimed within this time, it will be returned to the Walux warehouse, and the return shipping cost will be charged.

A) Exchanges for Size or Model
- Exchanges or returns for a different size, model, or color are at the customer's expense. These exchanges are valid within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Exchanges for a different pair are subject to availability.

- The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and wrapping.

- After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. - Any exchange or return will be notified via email at contacto@walux.mx or via WhatsApp at +52 479 143 2224.

B) Exchange due to defects
- Exchanges due to quality defects will be processed within the first 60 days of purchase.

- You will be notified via email at contacto@waluxewestern.com or via WhatsApp at +52 479 143 2224. The Quality Department will evaluate the request. If approved, the customer will be notified via the requested contact method.

- Please pack the product in its original box and packaging.

- You will be sent the corresponding electronic shipping label; please affix one copy to the box of the package being returned.

- Once the returned product is received, the exchange or refund will be processed.
